Exchange Eligibility

We offer 7-Day Easy Exchange on eligible products.

To qualify:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or washed products
  • Damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products without original tags
  • Customized or altered items
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • Wrong Item
  • Damaged Product
  • Manufacturing Defect

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only approved when:

  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
  • A replacement cannot be provided for an approved defective item.
  • The order is cancelled before shipment (if applicable).

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method or bank transfer.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was made by Rehwar.
